Sunday, 12 July 2026, starting at 10AM, at our Tharwa flying field.
What do you need to know about the club AGM?
- According to our constitution all committee positions are declared vacant at the AGM.
- Neil Muller has been appointed as the Returning Officer for the AGM.
- The agenda for the AGM is:
- Check there is a quorum for the meeting.
- President’s report on club operations in 2025-2026.
- Treasurer’s report on financial position of the club.
- Committee positions declared vacant.
- Election of new committee.
- Club members can nominate for any committee position as long as they are full financial members at the time of nomination and at the time of the AGM.
- Nominations must be seconded by another club member who must be full financial member at the time of nomination and at the time of the AGM.
- Nominations may be sent to the Returning Officer by email (returningofficer@namadgisfc.org.au) or printed and handed to Returning Officer.
- Nominations must include your name, the position for which you are nominating and a statement that you are nominating for the position.
- The seconder must state that they are seconding you (include your name) for the position (include position name) and must include their own name.
- Nominations must be received by the Returning Officer at least 3 working days prior to the AGM which means the closing date is midnight on Tuesday, July 7th 2026.
- The committee positions are:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Williamsdale Rep (2 positions)
- Tharwa Rep (2 positions)
