Seagull Models Nemesis for sale

A friend from another club has asked me to list his Seagull Models Nemesis for sale, as he needs the space in is hanger. It has only had a few flights and so far shows no hanger rash.
He is offering it as either a bare airframe or as airframe and engine (MLD 35). you will need to supply your own radio gear
He’s asking $300 for the airframe or $ 500 if you want the engine included, which is not a bad idea considering the cowl has been mounted to fit.
Check out https://www.modelflight.com.au/seagull-model-nemesis-nxt-rc-plane-120-180-size-arf-white.html for more details on the model
